The little calendar design is even cuter in person—and it looks suspiciously like my cat. He ignored it for maybe ten minutes, then started scratching it and hasn’t left it alone since. I also love that I can replace the pad instead of buying a whole new scratcher.

We have three cats and somehow they all use this thing. I tucked it next to their steps, and it fits without taking up half the room. The sisal has held up way better than the cardboard scratchers we usually buy, and the little cat print is really cute too.

Most cat scratchers end up hidden behind a chair, but this one actually looks good sitting out. It took Milo a day to warm up to it, and now he gives it a few good scratches every time he walks past. It stays put, too—even when he really goes at it.

My cat is ridiculously picky, so I fully expected her to ignore this. Nope—she walked straight over and started scratching it the same day. The raised green edge seems to be her favorite part, and it actually looks pretty cute by the window.
